Experiment of groundsource heat pump systems with super absorption polymer mixed with the original soil as backfilled material

Using super absorption polymer mixed with the original soil as backfilled material, explores the performance of the groundsource heat pump system with spiral coil and Ushaped coil as underground heat exchanger respectively by experiment and obtains the performance curves. The experimental results indicate that the use of super absorption polymer increases the extracted heat of the underground heat exchanger and improves the COP and stability of the system. It is suitable for the droughty, unsaturated rocksoil body area and the area with lower underground water level.
